I've never been very good with goodbye's. I started blogging with the hope that I would meet people with a similar interest as mine. Reading. (Although interest is a relative term. It is more like an Obsession.) These past few months spent blogging, reading, and meeting all of you have been an unforgettable experience. I almost want to backhand whoever thinks that blogging is easy.
Around the same time that this blog was born my personal life went spinning out of control. It isn't anything too awful but it was enough to make me change. I still read. Nothing will change that. But I have more responsibilities now. It's gotten to the point that I only have time for blogging or reading. Not both. And in the interest of my sanity and yours, dear followers, I choose reading. (Do you really want to read forced reviews? I hate those myself and I would never make you choke them down.)
In some ways I feel like I've given up too early. I know plenty of student and mommy bloggers who manage to keep the two lives going at the same time. I have discovered that I'm not one of those people. I get cranky and the last thing I want is to start hating my blog.
And so, this is goodbye.
I'll still be around on Goodreads because it's my crack. But for right now my blog is going to take a rest. I don't know if I'll start blogging again. Hopefully I will. We never know what the future will bring.

:( It's sad to hear that you're leaving, I would like to backhand people that think blogging is easy also! I hope that everything goes okay and that you'll one day come back and until then read lots of awesome books!

SAD!! It is hard to find people with similar interests. No one in my real life reads like me. I noticed on your goodreads account you aren't apart of any groups. Maybe if you joined one you could meet more people that way?
